Legislative Update, Part 2

Following up on the March 18 discussion with Congressman Grothman and Assemblyman Hintz, this program will provide an annual update on important employment law court cases and legislative developments, as well as what is happening with the enforcement agencies. An in-depth review of the American Rescue Plan, the Protecting the Right to Organize Act (Pro Act) as well as state law developments will be discussed, just to name a few. Oshkosh Chamber regular presenters, Jim Macy and Jon Eiden will moderate the discussion.
